FTO pay = 4% base salary + $150/mo shift differential for FTO only

CTO pay = 1 hr straight time (hourly rate) for every 4 hours training time

Fitness incentive allows you to earn comp time (up to 24 hours annually) based on your yearly fitness test - open to professional staff too

Lateral Officers
Lateral officers receive service credit and will start off on a step recognizing their prior experience up to step four. ​
